We are seeking an energetic and attentive Server to join our vibrant hospitality team. As a Server, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional guest experiences through friendly service, efficient food and beverage delivery, and attentive guest relations. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide prompt, attentive service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff
• Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
• Manage cash handling, cashiering duties, and openTable reservations with precision and professionalism
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, assist with bussing, and ensure proper sanitation practices are followed at all times
• Provide excellent guest services by addressing questions, accommodating special requests, and fostering positive relationships
• Support food safety protocols during food handling and food preparation activities in compliance with health regulations
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations during busy nights or events such as nightclub evenings

Experience

• Previous restaurant experience in a food service or hospitality setting is preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub environments
• Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms is highly desirable
• Experience in serving, bussing, hosting/hostess roles, or food handling will be advantageous
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume service periods
• Knowledge of upselling techniques to maximize sales while enhancing guest satisfaction
• Basic math skills for cash handling and order calculations are essential
• Demonstrated commitment to food safety standards and sanitation practices in the food industry
