Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
• Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, ensuring precise food and beverage entries
• Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
• Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation
• Manage guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and foster positive guest relations to encourage repeat visits
• Assist with food handling, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff during busy periods
• Use OpenTable or similar reservation systems to manage bookings and optimize seating arrangements

Experience

• Prior restaurant experience with a strong background in food service or hospitality preferred
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms
• Experience in fine dining environments or nightclubs is highly desirable
• Demonstrated skills in customer service, upselling, and guest relations
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
• Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume shifts while maintaining a positive attitude
• Basic math skills for cash handling, cashiering, and order calculations
