Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and attentive Server to join our vibrant restaurant team! As a Server, you will be the friendly face that creates memorable dining experiences for our guests. Your enthusiasm, excellent customer service skills, and culinary knowledge will ensure every guest feels welcomed and well cared for. Duties

  • Greet guests warmly, present menus, and provide detailed descriptions of dishes and beverages to enhance the dining experience
  • Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring precise food and drink requests
  • Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
  • Upsell menu items and specials to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring guest satisfaction
  • Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring a positive experience
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately using POS systems; process payments with attention to detail
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate timely food preparation and delivery in a fine dining or nightclub setting
  • Assist with food handling, basic math calculations for bills, and food preparation when needed to support overall restaurant operations

Experience

  • Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub environments
  • Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence
  • Experience in upselling, sales techniques, or OpenTable reservations management is a plus
  • Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
  • Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
  • Basic math skills for cashiering, billing, and inventory management
  • Prior experience in serving, bussing tables, or host/hostess roles will be considered valuable
