Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing exceptional customer service and have a keen understanding of food and beverage offerings. As a Server, you will be responsible for creating memorable dining experiences for our guests while efficiently managing their orders and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit.

Duties

• Greet and welcome guests promptly with a friendly demeanor.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using the Aloha POS systems.
• Provide detailed information about menu items, including daily specials, to enhance guest experience.
• Upsell additional items to increase sales while ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Manage cash handling and basic math calculations for transactions.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation and timely delivery.
• Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
• Address guest inquiries and concerns effectively to foster positive guest relations.
• Maintain knowledge of fine dining etiquette and service standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant roles is preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems is highly desirable.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours.
• Excellent customer service skills with an emphasis on guest satisfaction.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Base Pay: $2.15 - $4.25 per hour
