We're searching for Servers and Bartenders to join our team.

The Bell, nestled along the charming tree-lined Esplanade Avenue in Bayou St. John, joins an already thriving community of restaurants in a vibrant neighborhood. The space, designed to feel like a British pub, is warm, inviting, and fun. The menu is seafood leaning with small touches borrowed from our favorite restaurants in London.

The ideal candidate will be very service and detail oriented, with an interest in wine service, food, cocktails, and beer. We are looking for someone who has been working in restaurants and is interested in working amongst a group of professionals in a sophisticated dining room where service is polished but warm and familiar - someone who enjoys proper steps of service and is looking to continue their growth by learning as much as possible, whenever possible. Above all, personality and work ethic are key.

What You’ll Bring:

• Passion for Hospitality: A genuine enthusiasm for the hospitality industry and a dedication to providing exceptional service. Ability to be a team player with a positive attitude.
• Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate effectively with team members, guests, and senior management. Ability to remain composed and professional at all times.
• Knowledge/Experience: Can demonstrate ability to speak confidently about food, cocktails, wine, and beer. Possesses the desire to continue learning. Has prior experience with Toast POS.
• Work Ethic: Self-motivated to be reliable, punctual, and have a sense of urgency
• Language Proficiency: Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing English is required.

Schedule and Hours:

• Full Time
• Flexibility to work all shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
