Responsibilities:

  • Host & Hospitality: Provide a warm welcome to every guest, managing the seating flow with professionalism.
  • Order Management: Efficiently capture food and drink orders and manage technical entry through the POS system.
  • Menu Expertise: Act as a culinary guide by explaining ingredients, answering guest queries, and offering tailored recommendations.
  • Service Delivery: Coordinate the prompt delivery of meals and beverages while proactively monitoring guest needs.
  • Dining Room Maintenance: Maintain a pristine environment by clearing, sanitizing, and resetting tables swiftly.
  • Financial Accuracy: Securely process payments and manage cash drawer reconciliations.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a high-volume food service or kitchen setting.
  • Technical fluency with POS software and manual cash handling.
  • Working knowledge of culinary terminology and food safety.
  • High-level interpersonal skills for seamless teamwork and guest engagement.
  • The ability to boost revenue through intuitive upselling and menu promotion.
  • Superior multitasking skills to thrive during peak service hours.
