Iza Whiskey & Eats and Sora Sushi & Bar are sister restaurants located side-by-side in Carrboro, just minutes from UNC. We focus on Japanese-inspired cuisine, sushi, small plates, and a strong cocktail and whiskey program.

We’re a fast-paced, team-driven environment that values hospitality, consistency, and a great guest experience. Many of our team members are students and young professionals, and we pride ourselves on creating a supportive and positive workplace.

Position Overview

We’re looking for friendly, reliable servers who can provide attentive, knowledgeable service while keeping up with a high-energy dining room.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, attentive service to guests
• Guide guests through food and beverage menus
• Take accurate orders and input into POS system
• Run food and assist teammates as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of sections
• Handle guest concerns professionally

Requirements

• Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Pay: $15.00 - $28.00 per hour
