Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring quick and correct entry
• Recommend menu items, upsell specials, and enhance guest satisfaction through personalized suggestions
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards
• Manage guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and foster positive guest relations to encourage repeat visits
• Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to uphold sanitation standards
• Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems and perform basic math calculations for billing purposes

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable is highly advantageous
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously
• Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
• Experience with upselling techniques to increase sales while enhancing guest satisfaction
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking seamlessly
• Basic math skills for cashiering, cash handling, and bill splitting are essential
