Server Position – Bar & Restaurant

In this role, you’ll be the face of our establishment — delivering excellent food and beverage service while helping maintain the upbeat atmosphere our guests come for.

Whether guests are here for drinks with friends, live entertainment, game nights, or a full meal, you’ll play a key role in making sure every experience is welcoming, efficient, and enjoyable. Duties

• Greet guests promptly and provide friendly, attentive service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and drink orders using Toast POS while maintaining strong communication with bartenders and kitchen staff
• Upsell cocktails, beer, liquor, menu specials, appetizers, and desserts to enhance guest experience and increase sales
• Serve food and beverages quickly while maintaining quality presentation and cleanliness standards
• Monitor guest satisfaction, respond to requests efficiently, and resolve concerns professionally
• Assist with bussing tables, running food, side work, stocking service stations, and maintaining overall cleanliness of dining and bar areas
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines
• Support bar operations when needed during high-volume periods
• Maintain a strong understanding of menu items, daily specials, beer selections, cocktails, and promotions
• Work collaboratively with servers, bartenders, hosts, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

• Previous experience in a restaurant, bar, nightclub, or hospitality environment preferred
• Experience with Toast POS or similar systems is a plus
• Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to create a positive guest experience
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service practices
• Comfortable handling cash, tabs, and basic cashiering responsibilities
• Team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and peak business hours
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift trays, bus tubs, or supplies as needed.
• Must have or be able to obtain a valid TABC certification and Food Handler certification

Pay: $7.25 - $30.00 per hour
