Falcon & Fig is a Mediterranean-inspired wine and tapas concept delivering an upscale casual dining experience centered on warmth, sophistication, and connection. Through shared plates, curated wines, and thoughtful service, we aim to create a space where guests feel both elevated and at home.

We are looking for servers who are polished, personable, and genuinely passionate about hospitality.

What You’ll Do:

• Create a welcoming and memorable experience for every guest
• Guide guests through the menu with confidence, including food, wine, and specials
• Take accurate orders and communicate clearly with the kitchen and bar
• Serve food and beverages promptly, following service and timing standards
• Anticipate guest needs and maintain table flow throughout the dining experience
• Provide thoughtful recommendations and enhance the overall guest experience
• Handle guest concerns professionally and involve management when needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and polished dining environment
• Complete opening, closing, and side work as assigned
• Follow all sanitation, safety, and alcohol service standards

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–2 years of serving experience preferred
• A strong sense of hospitality and attention to detail
• Professional, polished, and positive attitude
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods
• Ability to lift 30+ pounds as needed
