Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable
• Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
• Ensure food safety and sanitation protocols are strictly followed during food handling and service
• Assist with bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and supporting kitchen staff when needed
• Build strong guest relations through personalized service, addressing questions or concerns promptly
• Manage cash handling and cashiering duties accurately at the end of each shift

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant experience in food service or hospitality is highly preferred
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable is a plus
• Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment with good time management skills
• Experience in fine dining or nightclub settings is advantageous
• Basic math skills for cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
• Knowledge of food industry standards including food preparation, serving, and guest relations
• Culinary experience or kitchen background is beneficial but not required
