** OPPORTUNITY FOR SERVER / BARTENDER POSITION AS A HYBRID ROLE **

Overview
We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Servers to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing exceptional customer service and have experience in the food industry. As a Server, you will play an important role in ensuring our guests have an unforgettable dining experience through attentive service, menu knowledge, and effective communication.

Duties

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using our POS system.
• Provide detailed menu descriptions, including happy hour and specials to enhance guest experience.
• Upsell food and beverage items to maximize sales opportunities.
• Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to tables while maintaining high standards of presentation.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely food preparation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and resetting them for new guests.
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe dining environment.
• Assist with cash handling and basic math calculations for guest checks.

Requirements

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with guests.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to delivering exceptional guest services.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $9.00 per hour
