Responsibilities

- Chowbus POS.
- Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols
- Manage guest inquiries, resolve concerns promptly, and foster positive guest relations to ensure a memorable experience
- Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to uphold sanitation standards
- Use reservation systems like OpenTable to manage bookings and optimize seating arrangements during busy hours
Skills
- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and handle guest needs professionally
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts without compromising quality
- Basic math skills for cash handling, cashiering, and accurate order processing
- Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Culinary or kitchen experience is advantageous for understanding food preparation and presentation standards
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as required
