Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing attentive and personalized service throughout their visit
• Chowbus POS.
• Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols
• Manage guest inquiries, resolve concerns promptly, and foster positive guest relations to ensure a memorable experience
• Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to uphold sanitation standards
• Use reservation systems like OpenTable to manage bookings and optimize seating arrangements during busy hours

Skills

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and handle guest needs professionally
• Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts without compromising quality
• Basic math skills for cash handling, cashiering, and accurate order processing
• Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
• Culinary or kitchen experience is advantageous for understanding food preparation and presentation standards
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as required
