Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Server to join our vibrant restaurant team. As a Server, you will be the friendly face that creates memorable dining experiences for our guests. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery
• Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while maintaining proper sanitation and food safety standards
• Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to ensure a welcoming environment
• Use reservation management tools like OpenTable to coordinate seating arrangements and manage waitlists effectively
• Build positive guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring a memorable experience

Skills

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs
• Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; familiarity with OpenTable is a plus
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
• Ability to manage time efficiently during high-volume shifts while maintaining attention to detail
• Knowledge of food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations
• Experience with upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
• Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and order calculations
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment requiring multitasking and teamwork
• Culinary or kitchen experience is advantageous but not required; a passion for food industry standards is essential
