Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Server to join our vibrant team. As a Server, you will be the face of our establishment, creating memorable dining experiences through exceptional guest service and culinary knowledge. Your enthusiasm, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tables will ensure our guests leave satisfied and eager to return. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff
• Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and presentation
• Manage guest needs by checking on tables regularly, handling requests efficiently, and resolving any issues promptly
• Assist with food handling, food preparation support, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas
• Support host/hostess responsibilities when needed by managing reservations and seating arrangements efficiently

Experience

• Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable is a plus
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
• Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining a positive attitude
• Experience in upselling techniques and sales-driven environments enhances performance
• Basic math skills for cash handling, cashiering, and order accuracy are essential
