Duties

• Greet guests warmly, provide menus, and answer questions about food, beverages, and specials with enthusiasm
• Take accurate food and drink orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery
• Upsell menu items and beverage options to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
• Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
• Manage guest needs throughout their visit, including bussing tables, refilling drinks, and addressing concerns promptly
• Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering systems; process payments and give correct change
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations and restaurant policies

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments, including fine dining or nightclub settings
• Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable for reservations management
• Strong knowledge of food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
• Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while multitasking seamlessly
• Basic math skills for cash handling and order calculations
• Culinary experience or kitchen background is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential
