We are preparing to open as a Courtyard by Marriott with a restaurant. We are seeking strong, established servers to exceed guest expectations for this opening and throughout the season.
We are looking for an individual to work part-time, evening shifts.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Menu Expertise, develops a deep understanding of food offerings, preparation methods, and is able to pair with beverages and cross menu items
- Tableside Service, performing technical tasks required for impeccable service
- Anticipates the needs of guests and provides high-touch, premium service
- Supports and serves during events held at the hotel
- Deliver orders to the correct table in a timely manner
- Ensure customer satisfaction by checking in with guests and addressing any issues
- Handle cash and credit card transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a high-end service role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail
- Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time
- Food Handler and OLCC License required
- Must be 19 years of age or older
