Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements, ensuring a welcoming environment.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable, and relay orders efficiently to the kitchen.
• Provide detailed menu descriptions, recommend specials, and upsell items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales.
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and presentation.
• Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering systems, process payments, and give correct change.
• Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and assisting with general sanitation duties in accordance with food handling regulations.
• Foster positive guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring a memorable experience in both restaurant and nightlife settings.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub environments.
• Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated skills in upselling, sales techniques, and customer service excellence.
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while multitasking seamlessly.
• Familiarity with food handling safety standards and sanitation practices.
• Experience with food preparation or kitchen operations is a plus but not required.
