Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and attentive Server to join our dynamic food service team. As a Server, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional guest experiences through friendly service, expert knowledge of our menu, and efficient order handling. Your role is vital in creating a welcoming atmosphere where guests feel valued and satisfied from the moment they arrive until their departure. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery
• Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
• Maintain thorough knowledge of menu offerings, including food preparation details and beverage options, to answer guest questions confidently
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while adhering to sanitation standards
• Assist with food handling, serving, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to ensure food safety and sanitation compliance
• Use reservation management tools like OpenTable to manage seating arrangements efficiently and optimize guest flow

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments, particularly in fine dining or nightclub settings, is highly preferred
• Demonstrated ability in guest services, with strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and sales tracking
• Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
• Experience with food preparation or kitchen operations is a plus but not required
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, billing, and transaction processing
