Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated full-time Server for an on-site position located in Tiburon, CA. The Server will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences by providing outstanding service, taking accurate orders, delivering food and beverages efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a welcoming and professional atmosphere. Additional responsibilities include handling guest inquiries, ensuring cleanliness and order in the dining area, and collaborating with a team to deliver seamless service.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to create a positive and welcoming environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with guests and team members.
• Knowledge of basic food and beverage service standards, including taking orders and delivering items efficiently and accurately.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the role.
• Attention to detail, reliability, and ability to multitask while maintaining high service standards.
• Previous serving or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
• Must meet all age requirements for serving alcoholic beverages as determined by local laws.
