Position Summary

As a Server, you will provide exceptional dining service to our residents and guests while creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. You will play a vital role in enhancing our residents' quality of life through meaningful interactions and outstanding hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests with a friendly and professional attitude
• Take meal orders and serve food and beverages promptly and accurately
• Ensure resident satisfaction throughout the dining experience
• Set and clear dining room tables before and after meals
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
• Assist with special events, parties, and community functions
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
• Work collaboratively with culinary and dining team members

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Passion for serving seniors and creating meaningful connections
