Overview
Join us to serve in our upscale, members-only, VIP lounge. Must have the ability to multi-task, work well with others, have a friendly/outgoing personality, and have a willingness to learn. Your ultimate goal will be to provide high-quality service that will help us maintain and attract customers.

Must be 21 or older to apply.

Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Take beverage orders accurately
- prepare lounge tables with special attention to sanitation and order
- Check on guests throughout their lounge experience to ensure satisfaction
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Collaborate with the Sales staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Process payments using a cash register or POS system

Skills
- Experience with POS systems. Training on site.
- Excellent hospitality and guest service skills
- Sales skills to upsell menu items when appropriate
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
