Craft by Smoke and Fire is looking for THE BEST candidate with a true passion and excitement for the hospitality industry. You will make TOP TIER TIPS but you will also work in a fast pace environment where perfect service is expected. Job Responsibilities:

*Experience with OpenTable.

*Serves all patrons with food and beverages in a warm and inviting manner.
* Prioritize and execute multiple tasks in order to facilitate a seamless and enjoyable dining experience for our guests
* Maintain, clean, sanitize, prepare and arrange bar top before, during, and after serving guests
* Protects establishment and guests by adhering to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies.
* Helps guests select food and beverages by suggesting courses, explaining the chef’s specialties, identifying appropriate beverage pairings, and answering detailed food preparation questions.
* Summarize, record, and transmit guest orders to kitchen
* Communicate guest special dietary needs and special requests
* Recite fan favorite Fast and Furious movies by memory

Qualifications / Skills:

* General Math Skills
* Must be able to quote at least one Will Ferrell Movie
* Excellent Communication skills and a "need for speed"
* Experience working with craft cocktails, beer, wine, and other spirits
* Customer Service
* Outgoing, Energetic and Friendly
* Strong work ethic
* Ability to take direction and work in a team environment
* Passion and drive for excellence and professionalism
* Thrives in a fast paced, high volume environment
* Must be able to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs on a regular and continuing basis
* Some bending/kneeling/stooping required
* Must be able to stand for long periods of time'

Pay: $15 - $16 per hour
