Summary
We are seeking a hospitality-driven Server / Bar Support Team Member to join our team at Aon Center. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with guests, supporting bar operations, and contributing to an elevated lounge environment. The position offers a consistent weekday schedule and opportunities to grow into bartending responsibilities while supporting tenant engagement events and daily lounge operations.
As a Server / Bar Support Team Member, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional hospitality, maintaining a polished environment, and ensuring a seamless experience for guests and tenants.
Schedule
Tuesday–Thursday
3:00 PM – 8:00 PM (or until service concludes)
Occasional availability for tenant engagement events beginning as early as 11:00 AM is preferred.

Responsibilities

Serve guests throughout the lounge with professionalism and hospitality

Clear and reset tables as needed to maintain a clean and welcoming environment

Collect empty glassware, return items to the bar, and assist with washing, polishing, and storage when time permits

Remove used food plates and transport them to the dish area

Support the team with restocking bar, beverage, and service supplies

Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the lounge

Participate in bartending training and support bar operations as needed

Assist with tenant engagement events and special activations

Work collaboratively with the team to deliver exceptional service and maintain operational standards
Qualifications

Previous hospitality, restaurant, bar, or service experience preferred

Strong communication and guest service skills

Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment

Professional appearance and demeanor

BASSET Certification required

Food Handler Certification required

Allergen Awareness Certification required

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift or carry supplies as needed
Compensation
