Three’s Bar and Grill is hiring!

We are a full service lunch and dinner restaurant that has been serving central Kihei for over 12 years! In addition to that, we cater the Pacific Whale foundation boat cruises and events! Three’s has won Best Happy Hour on Maui for multiple years and was also featured on Diners, Drive Ins and Dives!

We are currently looking for: SERVER / Bartender

Job Duties include but are not limited to:

• Customer Service: Leave a lasting positive interaction with all guests
• Multi-tasking: Be able to do many things at once while staying organized, and taking care of guest needs.
• Food/ beverage knowledge: Learn the food and drink menu to ensure consistency and quality with all drinks. Basic wine and beer knowledge is expected.
• Teamwork: work as a team to ensure that all guests needs are met
• Cash Handling: Prepare and present guests' checks according to policy, ensuring any special requests are followed (such as split checks), and collect corresponding payments. Able to correctly give change while keeping till organized and on par.
