Description

We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, creating delicious and visually appealing beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Duties/Responsibilities

· Greet customers and take orders promptly

· Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages

· Create unique and innovative cocktails based on customer preferences

· Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including restocking supplies

· Check identification to ensure customers meet legal drinking age requirements

· Provide excellent customer service, ensuring all guests have an enjoyable experience

· Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently

· Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operation of the bar

· Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations

· Assist with food service or catering events as needed

Skills & Abilities

· Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role preferred

· Strong knowledge of various alcoholic beverages and cocktail recipes

· Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner

· Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating drink prices

· Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

· Knowledge of food safety guidelines and practices

· Familiarity with POS systems for order processing and payment handling

· Strong time management skills to ensure timely service

Physical Requirements:

● Ability to occasionally lift and/or move heavy items.

● Ability to work on foot and move for entirety of shift.

● Ability to work in close quarters and keep pace during high volume shifts.
