Server / Bartender

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Server / Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and the ability to provide an exceptional experience for our guests. This role requires proficiency on POS systems. As well as a solid understanding of food safety and beverage service. Duties

• To be able to work as a server when needed, and bartended when needed.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Engage with members, providing excellent service while taking drink orders and answering questions about menu items.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments through POS systems.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during busy periods, including banquets and catering events.
• Assist bar manager with monitoring inventory levels of bar supplies, placing orders as necessary to ensure stock availability.
• Demonstrate knowledge of cocktail preparation methods to enhance member and guest experience.
• Uphold high standards of hospitality, ensuring all members and guests feel welcomed and valued.

Qualifications

• Min. 2-years Previous server experience.
• Min. 2-years previous bartending experience in a fine dining or private club setting.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable experiences for our members and guests.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques is essential.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management are required.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.73 - $16.00 per hour
