Pronto Cucina Italiana is seeking a versatile professional to join our team in a hybrid capacity. .
The ideal candidate will balance 1 to 2 bartending shifts and 1 to 2 serving shifts per week, depending on the schedule desired.
Key Responsibilities
- Mixology & Wine Service: Execute a sophisticated beverage program featuring classic and signature cocktails, alongside an curated Italian-focused wine list.
- Tableside Excellence: Provide attentive, gourmet service for our dinner-only operations, demonstrating deep knowledge of our ingredients and preparation methods.
- Sustainable Storytelling: Educate guests on our commitment to local sourcing and sustainable partnerships with regional farmers and fishermen.
- Atmosphere Management: Maintain a clean, organized bar and dining environment that reflects our upscale brand identity.
- Collaboration: Transition seamlessly between the bar and the floor, supporting the kitchen team and ensuring a cohesive guest experience.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of bartending and serving experience.
- Schedule: Ability to work evening shifts (dinner service).
- Efficiency: Capable of managing a fast-paced environment while maintaining an upscale standard of service.
