This is a seasonal position designed to support our team during our peak summer rush. We are seeking energetic, reliable servers and bartenders who can hit the ground running and deliver exceptional service through the end of summer. While this is a temporary role, outstanding performers may be considered for permanent placement as future positions open up.

Duties

• Take and accurately process customer orders using Square POS systems, ensuring prompt and friendly service
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision, adhering to all food safety and alcohol service regulations
• Provide attentive table service, including recommending menu items, answering questions about ingredients, and ensuring guest satisfaction
• Manage cash handling and cashiering duties efficiently, including processing payments and giving correct change
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and dining space, following food handling standards and safety protocols
• Assist with setup for special events such as banquets or private parties, ensuring all catering needs are met with professionalism
• Engage with guests in a lively manner typical of nightclub or fine dining environments to enhance their overall experience

Requirements

• Proven experience in food service or hospitality roles, preferably with fine dining or nightclub experience
• Familiarity with Square POS systems is highly desirable
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently during busy hours
• Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor
• Knowledge of food safety practices, food handling procedures, and basic math for cash handling and retail math calculations
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced setting
• Previous experience in catering or banquet settings is a plus; experience in brewing or retail math is beneficial
