We are currently hiring experienced servers and bartenders to join our team at a high-volume private country club restaurant. In this lively role, you’ll serve food and beverages with enthusiasm, craft innovative cocktails, and ensure every guest feels welcomed and valued. Your expertise in food handling, customer service, and beverage presentation will be key to elevating the atmosphere of our establishment.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in restaurant service and/or bartending preferred
  • Ability to handle high-volume shifts with efficiency and professionalism
  • Strong communication and guest service skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
  • Willingness to help wherever needed during service

Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems
  • Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
  • Provide attentive customer service by responding promptly to guest needs, answering questions about menu items, and offering recommendations to enhance their experience.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas in compliance with food safety and food handling regulations.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders during busy periods like nightclubs or banquet events.
  • Demonstrate strong time management skills to balance multiple tables or bar stations efficiently while maintaining high-quality service.
  • Assisting with event service, banquets, and special functions

Requirements

  • Experience in food service or hospitality roles, preferably with fine dining, country club, or banquet experience.
  • Familiarity with POS systems.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
  • Experience working in the food industry with an understanding of restaurant operations and catering services is a plus.
  • Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume shifts.
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
