Server / Bartender

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems .
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality.
• Manage cash handling, cashiering, and POS transactions accurately, ensuring proper billing and payment processing.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries, offering menu recommendations, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in accordance with food safety regulations and food handling protocols.
• Assist with setup, breakdown, and cleanup during shifts, including restocking supplies and preparing bar areas for service.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy nights or special events like banquets or nightclub gatherings.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service, fine dining, or banquet environments is a must. Minimum of 2 years experience. Must be over 21.
• Proficiency with POS systems ; experience with retail math, cash handling, and basic math skills are essential.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently during peak hours.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that enhances guest experiences.
• Ability to serve alcohol responsibly in compliance with licensing laws; bartending experience is a plus.
