Server + Bartender

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and personable Servers or Bartenders to join our hospitality team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide exceptional customer service in a lively environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and beverage service, strong multitasking skills, and experience with various POS systems. We are using Toast. Tequila knowledge is a plus. This position involves serving and bartending duties that contribute to creating memorable experiences for our guests. We want to to do everything we can to keep guests coming back again and again

Responsibilities

• Take orders accurately and efficiently using team service
• Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of guest service
• Mix and serve drinks as a bartender, adhering to all food safety and alcohol regulations
• Manage cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations for bills and payments
• Ensure cleanliness and proper food safety procedures are followed at all times
• Assist with catering events, banquets, or special functions as needed
• Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor in fast-paced environments
• Manage time effectively during busy shifts to serve multiple tables or bar patrons simultaneously
• Uphold all food industry standards related to food safety, food handling, and responsible alcohol service

Job Description

We are searching for friendly, energetic, highly motivated individuals who will thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Servers and bartenders operate in corresponding all-day tip pools. Servers work as a team, where each section includes a Front and Back Server. We are seeking a team who is obsessed with the guest experience and will do everything they can to keep guests coming back. Candidates should be passionate about high quality food and service. A strong personal commitment is necessary to complete the training process. Tequila knowledge is preferred or a willingness to study and become proficient in tequila sales. Seeking open availability and must be available on weekends with a combination of lunch and dinner shifts. Additional key points:
