Duties

• Take orders accurately on non POS Systems.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of food safety and food handling practices
• Mix and serve cocktails and drinks efficiently, adhering to recipes and presentation standards
• Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service, answer questions about menu items, and promote specials or upselling opportunities
• Manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy, including cashiering and retail math calculations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, dining space, and service stations
• High level multitasking
• Ability to cross sell other products
• Manage multiple tasks at a given time
• Work as a team player
• Assist with catering events and nightly tasks

Requirements

• Proven experience in food service or hospitality environments such as restaurants, fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables and orders efficiently during busy hours
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
• Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and retail math calculations accurately
• Previous experience in serving alcohol responsibly in a licensed environment such as a nightclub or bar setting is desirable
• Basic understanding of the food industry trends including brewing or catering services is a plus
• Bartender License required

Pay: $10.00 - $26.02 per hour
