Duties

• Take orders accurately using POS systems such as Toast , ensuring quick and friendly service
• Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety and food handling procedures
• Prepare and craft cocktails, beers, and other drinks in accordance with standard recipes and customer preferences
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions about menu items, and accommodating special requests
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, bar area, and dining spaces to uphold health standards

Skills

• Proficiency with POS systems such as Toast POS for order entry and transaction processing
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently during busy hours
• Excellent customer service abilities to create welcoming experiences for diverse guests
• Experience in fine dining, nightclub environments, or banquet settings is highly desirable
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order totals
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced hospitality environment while maintaining professionalism
• Familiarity with serving alcohol responsibly and adhering to liquor laws
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with kitchen staff and team members effectively
