Sweetwaters is back!
After 41 years in Burlington, we’re reopening in our original downtown location and building a great front-of-house team to help bring this local favorite back to life.

We're hiring servers, bartenders, hosts and support staff who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and take pride in creating great guest experiences.

If you're friendly, reliable, and enjoy working with people, we'd love to meet you!

Pay:
Competitive hourly pay + tips (varies by position)

What you'll do

• Welcome guests and create a warm, welcoming experience
• Take food and beverage orders and ensure accurate service
• Work as part of a team to keep service smooth and efficient
• Answer guest questions and make menu recommendations
• Help maintain a clean and organized dining environment

What we're looking for

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Great communication and hospitality skills
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Prior restaurant experience is helpful but not required
• Evening and weekend availability required
