Server - Cocktail Beverage

The Cocktail Server serves alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages to guests in the gaming and non-gaming areas of the Casino.

Essential Functions:

• Provide exceptional guest service to all customers.
• Must be able to stand for seven (7) consecutive hours.
• Must be able to carry a full tray of drinks at up to 25lb. per tray.
• Must have extensive beverage service knowledge.
• Must be friendly, helpful and courteous when dealing with Casino guests due to highly visible position.
• Reports to shift supervisor in complete uniform.
• Follows all service procedures described in the beverage manual.
• Acknowledge guest with special privileges (ie.complimentary drinks).
• Perform related tasks determined necessary by management.

Required:

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Alcohol Awareness certified through TIPS arranged by Grand Falls.
• Pre-employment drug test required. Arranged by Grand Falls upon offer of employment.
