We’re a vibrant, casual taco joint that’s serious about great food, strong drinks, and unforgettable hospitality. We’re currently on the lookout for Servers and Bartenders who bring a positive vibe, a strong work ethic, and a genuine love for people.

What We’re Looking For:

• Great attitude & energy – This is a must!
• Minimum 2 years' experience in an upscale, full-service restaurant (but if you’ve got the charisma and hustle, we’ll talk!)
• You’re courteous, easygoing, and fun – uptight just doesn’t fly here
• A true team player who’s in it for the crew
• Empathetic, compassionate & charismatic – you get people
• A passion for hospitality – you actually like talking to guests!
• Solid knowledge of classic cocktails
• Excellent communication & people skills – you shine in conversation
• A great memory – yes, we’ll test it!
• Integrity, trust, respect & accountability – we take pride in what we do
• Reliable transportation – being on time matters
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of hustle
• Adventurous eater – tacos come in all kinds of surprises here

The Physical Stuff:

• You’ll be on your feet, moving and lifting – must be able to lift 35 lbs frequently, and 50 lbs occasionally
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and hustle through a shift
• Must have valid Food Handler's & Liquor permits
• Valid DL is required for Truck Events
• Flexible schedule – evenings, weekends, holidays, and late nights may be part of the gig
• Yes, you’ll be expected to fill the ice bin, knock out side work, and do what it takes to keep things running smooth
