Server - Lillie's
Provides friendly and efficient food and beverage service to restaurant guests in accordance with outlet standards. Assuring that guests have an exceptional, exciting and fun dining experience
- Responsible for acknowledging guest in a friendly and timely manner while consistently maintaining a high level of standards.
- Responsible for obtaining payment for food and beverage service.
- Responsible for providing introductions, taking orders from guests, recommending food choices (suggestive selling), and presenting food in accordance with outlet standards.
- Assisting with clearing tables, transporting dirty dishes, and all other aspects of service to ensure the satisfaction of the whole dining experience.
- Maintain dining room and workstation cleanliness, sanitation and organization throughout and at end of shift.
- Ensure the safety and security of employees and guests.
- Other duties as assigned.
- A High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required. Six months’ experience in Dining Room operations beneficial. On-the-job training available.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends and holidays is required.
- Ability to deliver a service level which creates an atmosphere that makes our guests want to return, giving each guest a positive, memorable experience.
- Commitment to routinely go above and beyond in the accomplishment of position responsibilities in an effort to play a role in the achievement of organizational goals.
- Must present an image of excitement and enthusiasm, while being able to project a professional appearance and demeanor.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
- Display strong work ethic and team work.
