Job Summary

Aubrey Lounge STL is seeking experienced Part-Time Fine Dining Servers to join our upscale restaurant and cocktail lounge. Our team is dedicated to delivering an exceptional dining experience where hospitality, teamwork, and attention to detail are the foundation of every service.

This role is ideal for experienced servers who enjoy working in an elevated dining environment and want flexible scheduling while delivering memorable guest experiences.

What You’ll Do

Guest Experience & Hospitality

• Welcome guests with professionalism and warmth
• Guide guests through menu selections and provide thoughtful recommendations
• Present verbal specials and menu highlights
• Deliver attentive and polished service throughout the dining experience

Wine & Beverage Knowledge

• Assist guests with wine selections and pairings
• Provide proper wine presentation and service
• Maintain strong knowledge of cocktail, wine, and beverage offerings

Team Collaboration

• Work as part of a team to support all guests and tables
• Maintain awareness of dining room needs and assist when necessary
• Communicate clearly with kitchen and bar staff

Restaurant Service Standards

• Understand restaurant layout, table numbers, and seat positions
• Deliver food and beverages accurately and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout service

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of fine dining or upscale restaurant experience
• Strong wine knowledge and service experience preferred
• Professional communication and guest service skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Friendly, welcoming, and team-oriented personality

Schedule

• Part-time hours
• Evening and weekend availability required
