What you will do

• Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring a memorable experience.
• Accurately take orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar.
• Stay informed about the lounge's menu, drinks, and specials.
• Promote premium beverages and food items to maximize sales.
• Maintain cleanliness of the lounge area and ensure tables are set appropriately for guests.

What you bring

• Previous experience in hospitality or luxury establishments within the F&B department.
• Fluent in English with clear verbal skills.
• Ability to provide personalized service to high end clientele.
• Familiarity with cocktail preparation and wine pairing.
• Well groomed, professional appearance suitable for a luxury environment.
