Server/Bartender

Job Summary
Join our dynamic team as a Server/Bartender, where your energy and hospitality skills will create memorable experiences for our guests. Responsibilities

  • Take orders accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring smooth transactions and cash handling.
  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options, adhering to safety and quality standards.
  • Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions about menu items, and making personalized recommendations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas in compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards.
  • Manage multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously while ensuring timely service and attention to detail.
  • Assist with food delivery from kitchen to tables or bar areas, ensuring proper food handling and presentation

Requirements

  • Must Have reliable transportation
  • Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; basic math skills for cash handling and retail math are essential.
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude; ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards, proper food handling procedures, and alcohol serving regulations.
  • Experience with catering or banquet service is advantageous; familiarity with brewing or hospitality industry practices is beneficial.
  • Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy shifts.
  • Must be at least 18 years old with the ability to serve alcohol responsibly according to local laws. Join us to bring your passion for hospitality to life! Pay: $10.98 - $15.00 per hour
