Server/Bartender

Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Take orders accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring smooth transactions.
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options, adhering to all food safety and alcohol service regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions about menu items, and making personalized recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas while following proper food handling procedures.
• Manage multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously through effective time management and prioritization skills.
• Handle cashing out guests accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while balancing registers at shift end.
• Support catering or banquet events as needed by serving food and beverages in a professional manner within a hospitality or nightclub setting.

Skills

• Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient order processing.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach that enhances guest experiences.
• Experience in fine dining, nightclub environments, or banquet settings is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques to ensure guest safety.
• Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, retail math for sales transactions, and restaurant math for order accuracy.
• Excellent time management skills to handle busy service periods effectively.

Pay: $15.05 - $40.00 per hour
