Server/bartender

Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled server /Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and ensuring an enjoyable experience for all guests.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Monitor guest consumption of alcohol and adhere to responsible serving practices.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable.
• Assist in inventory management by tracking supplies and notifying management of low stock levels.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing any guest inquiries or concerns promptly.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Bartender or in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and bar equipment.
• Excellent math skills for handling cash transactions and understanding retail math concepts.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and a positive attitude.
• Experience in fine dining establishments is a plus but not required.
• Must possess food handling certification or be willing to obtain it upon hiring.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
