Position Overview:

We're seeking an energetic and personable Server/Bartender to join our front-of-house team. This dual-role position requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys connecting with guests, and can expertly craft cocktails while delivering exceptional table service.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Server:

• Greet and engage guests with a warm, professional demeanor
• Present menus, explain dishes, and make thoughtful recommendations
• Take accurate food and drink orders and communicate them clearly to the kitchen/bar
• Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to requests or concerns
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of tables and service areas

As a Bartender:

• Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, margaritas, and beverages with precision and flair
• Uphold proper alcohol handling and ID verification practices
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Assist in bar inventory and restocking supplies
• Interact with bar guests in a friendly, engaging manner

Qualifications:

• 1+ year experience in serving and/or bartending preferred
• Knowledge of Mexican spirits (tequila, mezcal) and cocktail techniques a plus
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol (21+ in most states)
