Duties

• Greet guests warmly and take accurate orders for food and drinks, providing menu recommendations when needed.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently, utilizing POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process transactions smoothly.
• Ensure food safety and proper food handling procedures are followed at all times, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards.
• Manage multiple tables or bar stations effectively through excellent time management skills, ensuring prompt service during busy hours.
• Handle cashing out guests accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities, while maintaining accountability for all transactions.
• Assist with catering events, banquets, or nightclub functions by serving food and beverages with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area, adhering to food industry regulations and safety protocols at all times.

Skills

• Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient order processing and sales tracking.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively in a lively environment.
• Experience in fine dining, nightclub settings, or banquet service is highly desirable.
• Excellent time management skills to juggle multiple tables or bar stations seamlessly.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, proper food handling techniques, and beverage preparation.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, retail math understanding for sales transactions.
