Server/Bartender

Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. Your ability to engage with guests and provide top-notch service will be key to our establishment's success.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
• Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and in good working order.
• Handle cash register transactions accurately and efficiently, including processing payments through the POS system.
• Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety and handling guidelines.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable.
• Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and communicate needs for restocking.
• Uphold high standards of hygiene and sanitation in compliance with health regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in guest relations and customer service within a bar or restaurant setting is preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and culinary skills is a plus.
• Familiarity with cash register operations and POS systems is essential.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
