Server/Bartender

Duties

• Take accurate food and beverage orders using Toast POS, ensuring prompt and friendly service.
• Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, beer, wine, and specialty beverages, adhering to recipes and presentation standards.
• Manage multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through attentive service.
• Handle cash transactions accurately through POS systems and perform cashiering duties with integrity and efficiency.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, bar station, and service stations in compliance with food safety regulations.
• Assist with food handling, serving, catering events, banquets, or nightclub operations as needed to support overall service excellence.
• Demonstrate excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts while providing exceptional customer service.
• Upsell menu items to increase sales opportunities while ensuring guests’ preferences are met with enthusiasm.

Experience

• Previous restaurant or food service experience is required; fine dining experience is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast POS is essential for order processing and cash handling.
• Experience working in a nightclub or banquet environment is a plus, showcasing adaptability across different hospitality settings.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques is necessary to ensure guest safety.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally.
• Basic math skills including retail math for accurate cash handling and sales calculations.

Pay: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour
