Server/Bartender

Job Summary

Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using TOAST system, ensuring timely delivery
• Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages, adhering to safety standards
• Manage cash handling and cashiering responsibilities with precision, including processing payments and giving correct change
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and dining space in compliance with food safety regulations
• Assist with food handling, serving, catering events, and banquets as needed
• Upsell menu items to enhance sales and guest satisfaction while demonstrating excellent product knowledge

Experience

• Prior experience in food service or hospitality roles, especially in upscale dinning.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as TOAST is highly desirable
• Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously
• Proven customer service skills with the ability to connect positively with diverse guests
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
• Experience in catering or banquet environments is a plus
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math understanding for sales upselling, and restaurant experience are essential

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $150.00 - $275.00 per day

Expected hours: 15.0 – 30.0 per week
