Server/Bartender

Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and ensuring that our guests enjoy their time in a welcoming environment. This role requires a blend of culinary skills, guest relations expertise, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
• Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using the cash register while maintaining proper cash handling procedures.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and service, enhancing the overall dining experience.
• Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and communicate needs for restocking to management.
• Assist in training new staff members on bar operations and guest service standards.

Experience

• Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role within the food industry is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary practices is beneficial.
• Proficiency in basic math skills for accurate cash handling and drink measurements.
• Familiarity with fine dining standards and guest relations best practices is an advantage.
• Understanding of food safety protocols and kitchen operations will be highly regarded.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment.
