Server/Bartender

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced nightclub environment, showcasing exceptional customer service skills while preparing and serving a variety of beverages. This role is crucial in creating an enjoyable atmosphere for our guests, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Manage cash register operations, including processing payments accurately.
• Engage with customers to provide excellent service, taking orders and making recommendations based on preferences.
• Ensure compliance with food handling regulations and safety standards.
• Assist in catering events as needed, providing bartending services for private functions.
• Monitor inventory levels of drinks and supplies, restocking as necessary.
• Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and resolve issues promptly.

Skills

• Proven experience in bartending or related roles within a nightclub or bar setting.
• Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during busy periods.
• Familiarity with cash register operations and basic accounting practices.
• Knowledge of food handling procedures to ensure safe service practices.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming environment for guests.
• Experience with Aloha POS systems is a plus, along with brewing knowledge for craft beer selections.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated during shifts.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $6.38 - $19.32 per hour
